YOU PLAY AN IMPORTANT ROLE
IN STUDIOWORKS
As a shift manager, you are responsible for leading a team employees, so that they feel motivated and top of their tasks. You provide them the necessary information and support in order to develop their skills.
You are able and comfortable with following set rules and procedures, but at the same time open for changes and developments. What really helps you, is previous work experience from a Live dealer studio or Casino and familiarity with the industry.
We expect you to have an interest in working international environment with people who have different cultural backgrounds. Team leading experience is essential and English language is our common language.
We operate 24/7 and therefore the night shifts are part of the job.
